Informative prices of accommodation and other services are published in the presentation materials of the accommodation provider (website, leaflets, etc.). For the customer, the price that is obligatory is the one listed on the voucher. For a range of contracted services and prices the listing on the voucher is binding. The accommodation provider is entitled to change the agreed stay conditions in cases that are beyond their control (e.g. Force majeure).
2. Cancellation of stay by customer
The customer is entitled to cancel the
order any time before arriving. The
cancellation of a customer’s stay should be written in electronic form (e-mail
with a return receipt) to address email@example.com. The date and time that the
email is sent is crucial for determining the date of the cancellation.
Cancellation fees when
cancelling a stay:
up to 2 pm, 2 days prior to arrival - no cancellation fee
after 2 pm, 2 days prior to arrival - 100 % of the price of the services ordered
no-show (not commencing the stay) - 100% of the price of the services ordered
For larger groups individual cancellation fees may be arranged.
The accommodation provider will not charge
the customer a cancellation fee, if the customer couldn’t exploit the contracted
services for reasons of: bereavement, the customer or a member of the
customer’s family are hospitalised, serious illness, natural disaster.
The customer must provide a written proof within 3 days of the events listed above.
This business and cancellation policy is an integral part of the order of the accommodation and voucher. This business and cancellation policy is valid from January 1, 2016.
